Problem: What problem is this project trying to address?

The era of this modernization is letting the markets flood with the day to day latest models. The yesterday procured is an out dated today and is no more for tomorrow, is the scenario. The availability of the spares too does diminish at the same rate for the older models and the consumer is forced to update with regard to the usage. Triggering a change for the betterment of the consumer, in view of the problem, makes the mission.

"Benefit consumer", promotes the application of value science in the designing of the instrumental parts which in bears the study to comply with the possibilities of applying the portability to fit with the future models. The value chain management thus enable the consumer get promising support and thereby register with an after sales satisfaction. The brands can thereby exist in pride for being ethical and honest in representing themselves. There can also be a constructed possibility on the brands’ front to cut short the operable additional service line manufacturings other than the regular ones. This in turn could help in reduce the fixation of the overall product price.

Let us presume that 'A' purchased a refrigerator in 2005. Later on models were introduced till now at the rate of one new per year. Nobody can question the situation as it is very long since the purchase and is not quite possible with the company to maintain all the spares throughout the down line. If the company had adopted the value chain management procedures and the same of the spares of the A’s model are designed to fit for the later ones, the availability to the needs of 'A' would prove better. The project is expected to gain acceptance in vast as providing benefit to the consumer who happen to make the life blood of business.It bears no exaggeration if one would say that it perfectly make the future approach of the manufacturing industry.The registering growths in the manufacturing segment do pronounce the level of importance for the roll out the model. The value offering implementations is not totally new to the industry and is being carried out to the interests of the manufacturers and hence when could groomed properly could certainly fetch the required acceptance from the markets.The easy exit means from the method also support its acceptance to the desired level.

The stated procedure is nothing but more an advanced with a built in implementation of value chain management procedures. It surely stands to be an advanced approach for tackling the same of the addressed problem.

Founding Story

Yes! It is true that even an incident happened to us. It was few years earlier that we faced a need for the replacement of the compartment trays in out refrigerator, of Samsung make. It was a double door one. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find. Our trails even to find from the other models did fail. We were left with no option but to change the refrigerator.The most disgusting thing was the proven inability.The compulsion made to purchase a new one for their inability made us feel helpless.Later on found lot of sufferers on many grounds in the online forums too.The urge to find an applicable remedy invoked the thought and finally could drill down to the proposed model.


Presently our team comprises of two and both of us are holding the position of directors as the company is a registered L.L.P. I am Ch.Siva Prasad, B.E, M.B.A Graduate (involving part time) and the other is Mrs Ch. Anita, M.S.C in Sciences (Involving part time). We look forward to find the right personnel to join the driving force as to counter balance the growth with the required administrative support based on the suitability.
