How will you recruit new members for your venture?
For this target we are a team of 10 students from 2nd year bachelor to master degree. As we want to deploy this project in another village we will organize awareness days in school. Show them our achievements and how young students like us can change lives while contributing to our country's development.
How will you appoint new leaders and transfer leadership when the founding members want to leave the team?
Often, we will organize leadership sessions to build a strong team that will stay motivated and excited throughout the projects. Give them a training on what we need to start a venture. Make sure that everyone havs the necessary skills to lead a project efficiently so that if a founding member wants to leave the team, they will be here to maintain business continuity. But also a monthly questionnary will be given to each member to measure their motivation.
How will you continue your project in 6-months time or once you have spent all of its initial capital?
We a have plan consisting in:
-Service provision to whom need it, on business skills like marketing, team building, event planning, budgeting...
- Participate in competitions to win awards or grants
-Find partners that will support us
