The main idea is "Donate through daily routine". Because these toys are in different designs and can be found in local stores.

Problem: What problem is this project trying to address?

1. Environment - How toys rotate in usual kids rooms? How to deal with waste? Are all the toys recyclable? 2. Social issue - How many chanses in daily life is to do something about social problems? How to teach kids about charity? 3. Children hospital - How many children hospitals in Latvia and internationaly need finansial support to provide best help for our kids

Solution: What is the proposed solution? Please be specific!

1. Environment - Toys are made of recycled cardboard. If it is possible owner can destroy the waste by burning it (it also gives energy for household) 2. Social issue - The carboard toys will be sold in shops. Part of business incomes are donated to local childen hospitals (hospitals are picked by the number of local shops that sell the cardboard toys). The donation is clear and integrated in price. So parents even kids can buy these toys and go home with grate feeling. 3. Childern hospitals - Illness does not separat adults from kids. So, many kids are struggling in hospitals. And some times hospitals need to work with old equipment. The donation from toys could help.

A parent/children/gift buyer go to local store, wanting to buy some thing. He goes to kids section. He knows about our product from internet. He buys some cardboard toy, knowing that he bought not just a toy but atlso donated to local children hospital or children department in local hospital. Or the second version. He gos to store but he has no idea what exact toy he needs. The salesman tels him about our product. If helikesidea about donation hebuys the product. The money to hospital goes from us, not from store. Because we have integrated the donation already in our price.

Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

There are some products in Latvian market, that donate some part of incoms. One of them is Biscuits - donation is 1 santim (0,007 EUR) from each packet . Whole price is 60 santims (0,85 EUR). Donation goes to children who has hearing problems. Other known to me are selling art and donating some money to schools.

I always had 3 goals for my life.
1. To be financially stable.
2. To financially support my parent. So they woul not sruggle any more.
and 3. To do some children charity. The world is unfair for kids. Adults can change their lifes if only they whant so, but kids can not. Thay have to adapt to every single social abuse.

So, I was thinking, business + children = wow.. social business
I really loved this idea about cardboard toys. And I gave the first doll house to kids to test it. And they loved it too! Thats how idea was born.

The product is not in the market jet. But the potencial is huge. Because the price is frendly to lot of people. Compared to other products that are in the market, cardboard toys are much less expensive but they can function equivalent or better.
As more toys will be recognised, as more money will be donated to children hospitals. Photos of benefits will be uploaded online to maintain the interest in product and whole idea.
This product is unique in Latvian market because it is not just a desiner product that cost a lot of money and is available for few customers. No, cardboard toys are for huge mases of people!

Scaling the Solution: How do you intend to scale your activities over the next two years (e.g., reach new markets, diversify solutions, etc.)? What will make this possible?

The future plan is to make new certified cardboard toys. Sart with Latvian market and though expos and social media go to europen markets.
To maintain the progress in team will be project managers and desiners as well as mentoring and financial support from Investment and Development Agency of Latvia.

Financial Sustainability: What is your business model to ensure financial sustainability?

The project ir build to support it self. All the incomes are splited to children hospitals and business costs.
From business costs will be paid salaries, office costs and development costs.
