- The aggregate value of the Prizes for all Winners will not exceed $142,000.
The 25 final Winners receive an invitation to participate in the Prudential Emerging Visionaries Awards Summit (which is all-expense-paid trip for each Winner and 1 parent/guardian to Prudential’s headquarters in Newark, NJ). Winners will also be invited to participate in coaching opportunities from Prudential employees and will receive skills development opportunities and a trophy.
The Program Partners expressly reserve the right to make any changes to the Awards details described above in their sole and absolute discretion.
In the event that circumstances necessitate canceling the in-person event, referred to above as the Prudential Emerging Visionaries Awards Summit (as determined in the sole discretion of Prudential), a virtual event will be held and no all-expense paid trip will be provided to the Winners.
The receipt of the Prizes may be subject to different taxes, such as income tax, social security, and indirect taxes. It is the Winner’s responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, including tax laws. Prizes will be granted as gross amounts, and any applicable tax will be due and payable by the Winner, except if applicable law explicitly provides for the withholding or other liability of the Program Partners with respect to the granting of such Prizes.
