What make us unique is that we take one individual at a time, meaning we consider each participants personality, professional needs and we tailor a programme accordingly. So we believe that when woman from emerging countries such as Saudi Arabia have the chance to travel to learn entrepreneurship by shadow expertise in a companies that is located in developed country (UK) it provides so many learning aspects not only for the individual but for the company it self. A woman will be able to: - co-develop her business idea while job shadowing -she will receive some mentoring feedback from a line manger -cultural exchange and knowledge transfer - International partnership and collaboration - self-refelction, expansion and exploring

Spread Strategies: Moving forward, what are the main strategies for scaling impact?

When looking at Saudi Arabia socio-policy women lack the freedom of autonomous mobility at regional and international level. Women have to justify their purpose to travel when it comes to families, this discussion inside the household takes many forms of consultant , seeking permission and approval. Having such service which led by a Saudi women makes parents comfortable about sending their daughter to a new country. women lack the freedom of options to do what they want to do. Traveling will give them the space to consider their interest and to think without the interference of their family

To reach as much client as possible, to get commission from service providers

Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

The companies and organisation in the market place provide such service for employability purposes with no entrepreneurial focus, including both sex from different countries. where my service focuses on women start ups. It does not take a collective approach but rather an individual approach, One individual at a time to meet their needs and requirements. These markets do not focuses on women in emerging countries where SolU international focuses on women in Saudi Arabia (as an extreme case) The companies selected have to be apple to mentor participants.

Founding Story

I've lived and grew up in a male dominant society that captivate my potentials and capability. At a later age I got the opportunity to travel to study (after a deep discussion with my father). At the beginning of the journey I tried to adapt to the freedom). I've appreciated the fact that I wanted to make the most of it by investing in my self through interning and volunteering in different sectors. This space led me to expand personally and professionally in a competitive city (London) this is because i had the freedom of option to do so. I wanted this to be part of an experience for every women who want to travel to learn by doing. where learning is more to include one's own self

As a start up I seek to do everything on my own, as part of the learning process. I have not yet had anyone on board yet due to financial issue but will have to consider it at some point
