Problem: What problem is this project trying to address?

When I look at the world today,I realize that so many gaps have been created among families,relationships,friendships and even work arrangements. People's emotions have become status updates and people have failed to communicate one on one. Students are going to school because they want jobs but not to even become better in this world because of the myth pf job security.this has increases crime rate ,time wastage and redundancy.

Solution: What is the proposed solution? Please be specific!

Protecting youths and their rights and also encouraging leaders,parents and guardians to encourage the youth to work around their areas of interest to start earning.

Impact: How does it Work

During an art and crafts session,different people are encouraged to share be it a scripture,a word of encouragement,a testimony,a new life lesson among others.this not only breaks the silence in the place but also brings out emotion and freedom of expression. During team builds,activities like sports,karaoke,dance and drama can be arranged so as to break shyness and build confidence in different people's lives. with use of resources like old clothing,skills like tailoring bags,hair accessories can be developed. this not only builds skills,but research levels and one's potential to become an enterprenuer is released.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Also describe the projected future impact for the coming years.

Apparently i have just started working on individuals who approach me with different issues like relationship issues. They have been encouraged to develop their skills while they are still young and not to concentrate on toxic relationships. some have been able to start earning from what they love to do like modelling,photography,art and design among others. with me as an example many have been encouraged to start eating healthy and also develop and exercise routine to keep fit and healthy. Posting encouragements,scripture and positive statements on my social media accounts has also encouraged people to learn more about life.

Spread Strategies: Moving forward, what are the main strategies for scaling impact?

Putting the internet to good use in terms of global communication by use of social media so as to spread out the information with not only words but photography as evidence of activities. Organizing healthy competitions among the different project sects so as to build the need for innovation and invention Approaching the local leaders and the experienced individuals to give more insight to the young people and also support the cause financially. putting in place rewards for the best performing individuals and project leaders where by leadership will be rotational to break command monotony.

Financial Sustainability Plan: What is this solution’s plan to ensure financial sustainability?

The idea is to start out with finding sponsorship for the scholastic materials that will be required and also other raw materials.After products are made ,they will be sold out and the proceeds will be allocated according to projects and savings as well. Teaching non group members,will come with an extra cost so as to facilitate the projects.

Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

A gentle man by the name of Mr.Ssembalirwa Isaac is trying to deal with a similar problem by means of hosting fellowship every Friday of university students so as to encourage them to work hard and network and grow into the habit of reading and learning new things while they are still young.My concept differs in a way that it not only looks at Ugandans but youth also in different countries.It also considers growing into a consultancy firm in the near future.

Founding Story

When I look at the world today,I realise that so many gaps have been created among families,relationships,friendships and even at work places.people's emotions have become status updates and people have failed to communicate one on one. Students are going to school because they want jobs but not to even become better in this world because of myth of job security. I believe that I can be part of the change in this world by speaking life to the different situations through motivational speaking , sharing knowledge, personal experience and skill development. Starting with schools,gatherings,work places and hangouts is a great idea so as to have a bigger audience gathered at once.


Apparently since the project is still in the pipelines, the team members that will be needed have the following roles to execute and these roles will be based on character,group being trained and availability. The team needed should be able to have good English and an added advantage of other languages to simplify communication and translation where needed and good spiritual background so as to minimize discrimination and racism.These should also be good with team work because work done as a team is usually better,simplified and creates a bond of positive energy. The extroverts work well with talking and easily mixing in with people.These will also have to have a firm and.These can also do in well with the teaching and creating fun during break sessions. The introverts will also have to play the role of one on one approach since with are usually good listeners so as to take off time and listen and evaluate ways of coming up with solutions. Both types pf people can do well with research and coming up with new ideas to break the work monotony. The team members should be between age 18-35yrs.
