Graduated from National University of Ireland, Dublin, in 2008 with an Honours Degree in Management. A former manager and twice-fallen entrepreneur. He joined the education and adult training industry in 2008, started b teaching teenagers on financial literacy. He also conducts training programs for low-income workers in areas of employability skills and service excellence. A strong advocate in performance management, training and lifelong learning. He strongly believes that the right training program and methodology is a bridge towards high performance and productivity.
