Title: Manager in a Private firm in Madurai
Bio:
I finished my MBA and doing HR works in India. From my school days itself, I used to attend Sunday School and VBS in enthusiastic mood. Also I learned a lot from my mother, who transformed lots of inspiration for my life. She was my role model in spiritual and worldly life. She is a soft spoken and she likes by all sectors of people. Even other community people used to come over to my house to pray for them and share their feelings. She used to visit huts of poor people whenever she gets time. She spent lot of money for the upliftment of the poor and needy as well as missionaries. When I visited hospitals my heart is moved with full of compassion. One of my colleague was met with an accident (he was drunken at that time), I visited him next day and found lot of such drunkards are suffering such kind of freak accidents in the hospital. The friends and relatives are around them and cry for him. The changes should be brought in the minds of School and College students, since I got the experiences from my school days. The culture to be changed. We want to preserve our body and mind as God wants us that YOU ARE THE TEMPLE OF GOD. So, He(our Creator) is the only one authority to give and take our life from this world. It started my helping tendency from my schools days and I used to go along with my mother who used to visit the huts of poor people in and around of my village Pasumalai, Madurai, South India. She used to give 10% to 20% of her salary to the purpose of rehabilitation of poor and needy and missionaries. I just practices the same from my childhood. Even now, myself and my wife, my son and my daughter used to practice the same in our earnings. My son and daughter are used to spare money from their pocket expenses money. I am sponsoring one missionary family on monthly contribution. I have adopted one orphanage boy in an orphanage at Nagercoil mission. During school opening season, we used to donate Books and notes to our area poor students. During Christmas season, we used to give some gifts to the poor & needy persons. Rathanas is a formal trust of group formed by four persons, who is having a unique ideas on social welfare activities. We used to help one another and some one who is need for medical health, educational help, etc.

I am a firm believer that “football will definitely change the society”. As a human, the following two “G”s will transform a human; one is by God and by Game. The concentration to be fixed on the above two “G”s will get wisdom, good judgment and they are ready to change the world and prepared to face the world on all circumstances.

Building the Field of Social Business is concerned, , it is a simple thought for the people who love their neighbour as Mother Teresa referring the Bible and says, “If we cannot love the person whom we see, how can we love God, whom we cannot see?...” How can we influence the trade for social change?

Even a good idea/product should be advertised to the some extent. Then comes to mass application through schools/colleges. In which, around 75% of the humans will attend schools/colleges. So, it is very much necessity to advertise among schools/colleges

a) Kitchen garden & b)Rain Harvest are to be practiced among group. If a sufficient area is found in a house and they can form a group of 10 to 15 and do this as regular cultivation of fresh veg & greens.

The public health centres in villages & local hospitals should take care of the pregnant ladies to insist mother's feeding. This to be educated from the minds of school and college itself, since when a child is about 15 years, they get married due to family situation in India.
